Downloads Please read through all six steps to familiarize yourself with these downloads. And DON’T FORGET STEP 6! 1) Unless you have a new PDA, you’re likely using the OS 3.1-5.1. All of the Handspring Visors that we distributed are version 3.1. YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD ALL THREE PROGRAMS ONTO YOUR PC, THEN INSTALL THEM ONTO YOUR PDA. Palm OS 3.1 - Palm OS 5.1 Palm OS 5.2 and newer For J2ME devices (phones, gameboys, etc) 2) YOU ALSO MUST DOWNLOAD BOTH OF THESE TO YOUR PC AND INSTALL THEM ONTO YOUR PDA. For Palm OS devices with 160 x 160 Screen Resolution (all Handspring Visors) For Palm OS devices with 320 x 320 Screen Resolution (newer models) 3) SnowPilot Desktop Application: 4) The SnowPilot Web Interface and Desktop Application require the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). Download the latest version below: 5) In order to print off your PC, you need to download free screen capture software. Read the instructions on the web page. Once it’s downloaded, create a shortcut onto your Desktop. Configure it to capture the “active window only” and you’re ready to go. After it captures the image as a bit map, go to Images, Sketch and Skew, change the size to 90%, and print it as a Landscape. 6) AFTER you’ve downloaded everything, you must REGISTER yourself in order upload and view your data on the web. |
